Spinning Screen

Screen spins without hitting any keys after game launches. Only way to stop it is to hold ALT. Can't play the whole game holding ALT. Have tried relaunching games over and over. Keeps doing it. Any suggestions?

One of your other grey keys is stuck, e.g. page up / page down / home / end. Press those.
I waited ten years for Supreme Commander (1997-2007)
and have not a single day felt disappointed with it!

Keys are working fine. If I push the alt key in, it will stop spinning as long as I hold it down. Push the Ctrl key, and it spins faster.
