Can't connect to anyone - even myself.

Joining someone else's game or trying to start a game nets the same result - a lobby screen with a "connecting, abort connection" dialogue box.

I am not using mods,
I am only using Seton's Clutch map so no contraversial maps when I try to create a game
I have tried turning off firewall and anti virus
I have reset router
I have reset computer
I have linked game to Steam
I have reinstalled game and FAF

Here are the logs from both a test of the proxy server and an attempt to join a game

Your game installation is corrupted, it's not a network issue.

The file /lua/system/BuffBlueprints.lua is missing from your base lua.scd game file, located here: d:\games\steam\steamapps\common\supreme commander\gamedata\lua.scd


Ask steam to repair your game installation, and you should be good.

Ah ha! Brilliant.

Though verifying the files hasn't replaced it... am I missing something? (Other than the file...)

Is there a different option for repairing that I don't know of? Alternatively is there anywhere that the one file could be sourced?
