Game minimized at start on windows 8.1 again.. [SOLVED]

Hello,

The issue is back(windows 8.1, on a laptop), and it's rather weird, he played a game today and after this game he couldn't play anymore since the game will minimize itself(even if you try to maximize it, it will minimize).

He rebooted, and it worked for one game and then the issue was back... We tried to add the option "-windowed", it fixed the issue for 1 day but not anymore. Even after reboot, re installation of the game/faf... And the bug is here by launching supreme commander forged alliance alone or by using faf to play a game.

Ok it seems he found the final fix for this bug.
The resolution of the game was different from the one on the desktop so it was making him have this weird bug.
Then he changed the resolution of desktop until he finds the good one (no weird bug) and now it seems to be working fine.

Maybe delete this thread and add this information on my last post of the other topic. I can't edit it anymore since it's locked.
