Can't join chat, join or host games

I can log in just fine. When I open chat, it says "Unable to connect to the chat server, but you should still be able to host and join games." is the only thing that is said on it. When I go into "Find Games tab, I can see no icons in the hosting section, when I double click to join a custom game, some files are downloaded and updated and then nothing happens. I tried to join a game and do a proxy test for the log(successful). After 10 minutes of being on FAF I get an error "TCP Error A TCP Connection Error has occurred: The remote host closed the connection" Edit: I can watch replays just fine. Edit2: I can host and play games on official servers just fine too.
