Spawned with T3 ACU

I wanted to test something, so I hosted normal game, during update I got error that some file wasnt sent properly by server but it allowed me to host game. So I set sandbox and started a game.
I was spawned with ACU that could build all T1 to T4, but with basic build power and basic HP, also when building ACU wasnt turning its torso, same with reclaiming.
