Think i made a mess (Accounts) [SOLVED]

Hi,
im awfully sorry for the hastle im about to cause.

long story short, im pretty sure i have ended up with 2 accounts, first time playing faf then somereason couldn't log into acc due to some ID issues, created a new account, I reformat on my computer and now cant log in. I have tried to reset the passwords but it doesn't find the email addresses even tho it lets me log into the client with the username/password.

But also while on to the client i cant log in, did the research and im having the issues with downloading the map previews tried downloading speed2 cache and it doesn't help it, their ae still some more previews its trying to download.

Id rather not be placeing my emails for every1 to see so how do i go about getting all my accounts deleted so i can go back to having the 1 woking account.
