Mods turned off after custom game

Hi, just an annoying minor issue, I have noticed that after a custom game all of my mods are deactivated. I would like it if there was a way to make the mods stay on. Thanks.

if you mean UI mods then go to Mods Vault - Manage UI mods and enable them there

Wow, there are all sorts of useful sounding mods I didn't know about in there! At first it said "No mods installed" on the window and I was like "WTF" but then I realised I had to re download them into the manager because before they were just in FA not FAF. Very impressive feature, so that is where people get all of those notification mods and unit naming mods from! :D

Edit: Just re downloaded the music mod. Reason being is that it needs to have files in several different places with suffixes I can't remember the exact letters of in the FA folder so I thought I would just re download it instead of hunting the specific files down. The mod vault in FAF won't recognise it because it doesn't contain a .lua file :| Although it is a UI mod so how do I get it uploaded to the mod vault so that I can keep it permanently enabled instead of having to re enable it after custom games?
