Random Pop up

My game started and immediatly at the beginning weird shit happenend. There was this pop up that disabled me from clicking that part of the screen in game, when I alt tabbed I saw a pop up for just half a second and then it would go away. However, if I alt tabbed back to the game, it would come back. I managed to get a screenshot of it:

Someone mentioned that i had to press F11 in-game when this happens, but I already quit when that person mentioned that, so I have no clue whether that would work with this one or at all. I couldn't find any forum post about random pop ups so I figured I might as well make one.

try in game pressing F1 and set key for Toggle Debugging Window, then close it with that

F9 opens and closes the log window. May have hit it accidentally when trying to ping the map.
