It is there. You use XP, meaning it's in a different location. Unfortunately, that differs from language to language.

You can open this location while you run FAForever, using the menu "BETA" and choosing "Show Logs". That will take you right to the FAForever Directory, highlighting the "logs" folder, but the "bin" folder should be right next to it.

I'm on Win7 Pro x64. I can't find it.

No matter, the swords things works. It's tedious but functional.
