My first game was not counted in the 1v1 ladder.

I played a game in the automatch ladder and my first game was not counted. The next game I lost and now I have a low rank, despite winning my first. I have a replay of the first game. I'm pretty furious about this, and want it corrected.

In order to compute the score, FA must send the result to the server. It's done when you see the "victory !" or "defeat !" popup. If you leave the game BEFORE seeing that popup, and you are the last one in your team, your score will NOT be registered. (even it has a chance to be registered by the enemy, but don't count on that).

I know it was spammed, but that page was always accessible and correct.
