So replays have 1 minute lag, the FAF lobby seems to post the replay link
1 minute after the match has started. However, it can take up to five minutes
for the link to become usable.

Sometimes, after five minutes of waiting, the replay link becomes usable
(aka downloadable with Replay Manager, and also plays if you click on it directly in lobby.)
But then the download stops even as the match is still ongoing. I remeber back then,
REplay Manager will slowly stream the replay file as the match goes on.

1 minute delay is intended
further delay may be caused by ingame situation (like lags due to high pings or spikes, pauses etc.), it's live anyway ;)

The problem seems resolved as of today. :) There have been no problem
getting Replay Manager to grab live replays moments after the lobby posts them.

Great.

I've remove a write lock and replaced a virtual file by a protected buffer, seems to work nicely. A little too cpu consuming for my taste, but I know why :)

I've reduced the delay to 60 ms to be sure that black screens weren't just delays. If all is correct, I put the delay back to 60 sec (internally, it make no difference :)
