Lobby crashes on startup

Not much else to say; I installed it from the download link http://www.faforever.com/?page_id=2 and whenever I start it, I get the generic "FAF has stopped working and needs to close" Windows error message.

Help?

Llooks like the download is corrupted. Try redownloading the file.

Redownloaded it, and tried running a "repair" installation - no effect. Should I remove it and then reinstall it?

Do you have any log in c:\ProgramData\FAForever\logs\ ?

Windows 7 64 bit. And yes I'm running as admin.

i think that i have the same problem that uber, my OS is windows XP 32

i cant start faf too.... and i dont have a log file in the folder...

and btw i deleted and installed faf already

but bevor i did that i wanted watch a replay --> then faf wanted update but crashed --> in the debug file i have this:

There is a known issue with XP. It's not related to this one, unless you have the EXACT same message.
