My replays won't load...

AS in the title. Whenever I start a replay, I eventually get to the main menu of FA. I remember that there were problems with replays but I don't exactly remember the version of the game or the symptoms (and also I don't remember the easy solution)...

I tried searching but that didn't help me out either. Could someone provide me with a link or explanation?

The version of FA is 3610.

Old replays won't work as the fa.exe has been changed only new replays with the new exe will work.

The thing is that I downloaded replays that were uploaded in the latest mercy topic and those didn't load either.
