FAF Installer doesn't work?

Hello, new to FAF. Huge fan of Supcom (FA anyways) and have been playing since original beta in November 2006. Just heard about FAF, unfortunately I am now deployed to Japan for 9 months (Navy Seabees) and have not-so-good internet. Well my problem is when the FAF Installer starts Downloading/Getting datas from the server, it doesn't move. Just stays at 0%. I've tried running as admin. The lobby updates fine, so do maps and mods. I have another problem, it is probably related. I know I wouldn't be able to join games, but I can't even host a game. I click host> click ok> nothing happens. I hope someone can help me with this, I would love to play FA again and I had no idea it was still active. I appreciate the creator for bringing me back into FA. (Well hopefully)

Is there a manual patch I can download? Or at least the files needed?

Read CHRINGs post, deleted the binFAF. Works now.
