cant join custom map games

cant join custom map games

Hi!

I cant join custom map games, but i can play custom maps when i joined the game before on an official map. this is very annoying. is there any solution or advice i can do?

It's due to either :
- A custom map folder in the wrong place.
- A cyrillic path for that map folder.

why is there no problem with gpg? what is the correct cutom map path?

Because they had a whole team a some years to debug the whole thing.

-custom map folder is in the right place (if not i couldnt even play custom maps)
-path for the map folder is standard:
C:\games\THQ\Gas Powered Games FA\Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance\maps

any other ideas?

custom maps are placed here ~ C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Maps
