Postby LincolnSixEcho » 18 Nov 2011, 23:51

I've got a problem with update of my map (Phenom Spartiate)

After remake it, I changed "version = 3" in "version = 4" in scenario.lua file, then I tryed to upload it on the vault but version seems to be stay at 3.

I attached .rar map file.

Only pilot can be able to do it unless you rename teh map to in teh scaneio to be Phenom Spartiate v2
and then upload it.

or upload it in gpgnet as a v2 and then upload to faf

Ok, so I rename all Phenom Spartiate I found in scenario.lua and save.lua files as Phenom spartiate v2. Even scenario and save themselve.

It stay, for compatibilities reasons.

One rule when you upgrade a map : they must be able to co-exists in your map folder and both work.

If they've got the same folder name, they obviously won't.
