Nil ping problem.

Hi. I m having trouble playing forged alliance both in tunngle and in faf. When i connect to s hosted game, i have green ping only with host and a couple of other guys, the rest are nil for me. I have no router and no modem near my pc, i have an optic cable plugged into my pc box rather so i have no idea how its possible for me to forward ports whatever it is because the first thing i need to do so is know my router which is not even there. Is there any solution for ppl like me to not have nil 90% of time?

I live in multistorey multiflat house and a lot of ppl use this internet. cables go up to the upper room and i think the router is there.

Then you need to change the settings on that router, or get a VPN.
