Willing to pay $50 if someone can help me solve an issue

So whenever I'm on FAF and click on the "play tab" games no longer show up and when I try to start my own the "Connecting to Update Server" box appears but never shows any progress (photo attached) and I just get stuck there. Because of this I am no longer able to play the game. If anyone knows how to correct this issue or can figure it out I'd greatly appreciate it. As for payment I can submit it through Paypal, Venmo, or whatever you prefer.

Have you tried:

- running the program as an administrator?
- uninstalling and reinstalling FAF, including removing any registry entried that might exist
- refreshing your DNS. Go into cmd and type "ipconfig /flushdns"
- removing any new network devices you might have added such as VPNs
- forwarding the ports on your router (if you are NAT'd).
- reinstalling windows from fresh
