"An Uncaught Exception" prevents me from playing the game

Hi everyone, I'm unfortunately no longer able to start a new game. When I try I get a connect to server box that never shows any progress. Eventually "An uncaught exception" box appears with the following info pasted below. I'd greatly appreciate any help in regards to correcting the issue.
