Reset password does not work

Hello I forgot my login password unfortunately the reset password does not work. I do not receive an email. I tried it with my username and email address. My account is linked to steam. E-Mail is Whitelistedand my spam folder is also empty. I created a new account with a different email address so I can write here. My other provider is hotmail. Can someone help me please.

Microsoft blacklisted our emails for no reason. We are now unblocked unfortunately I have no way to release all messages (+ the links in the emails are invalid after 1 day anyway...). And it takes around a minute to process 1 message manually and we have around 500 queued...

Please wait 5 days and try again.
