Cannot connect to any games (ICE adapter issue?)

As per the title, I cannot connect to any lobbies, any attempts will prompt a pop up (that only appears for 0.5 seconds) that says something about the ICE being an issue.
I did not have this issue in my previous 10 year old computer, but I am having connection issues on my newly built computer.
I have tried adding the FAF client in the firewall exclusion list, but still doesn't work.
