Infinite "Connecting..." screen

Hello. I can host and launch my own games (private), but I can't join other people's games nor ladders. Every time I try to do so, I get stuck on the Connection screen. I tried to wait for several minutes, but nothing happened. I've given permissions for both SC:FA and FAF in my firewall and anti-viruses (also tried to disable them completely). Tested with Downlord's and legacy clients, no success. Tried to reinstall the game and FAF, to delete folders with game's files (mods, maps, replay, prefs file, etc). I have Steam version of Forged Alliance, but don't have original SupCom, so I couldn't give FAF a wrong path or something like this. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Looking at your ice adapter logs you seem to have massive network connectivity issues. You receive some message, but you also loose a lot of messages. There is nothing we can do on our side.

I've got this problem for about a year and there still no a solution.
Could someone help with this please? I would really like to begin play this game normally.
I've got this problem since I upgraded my hardware. So the problem is not in provider, internet connection or smth for sure.
The platform was:
ASUS P5Q PRO
775 Socket
Intel core 2 quad 9550
8 GB RAM

The new one is:
ASUS Crosshair VI Hero
X370
Ryzen 1600X
16GB RAM

OS Windows 7 for both.
I can provide some more information if it would help.
I still have the old platform and I tested it. Everything works with the same internet.
