Changed my password and FA is asking me to relink my account

Heya! Its been a while since I've played FA and decided to downloaded the game. After changing my password, FA wanted me to link my account again but since I've already linked my account to steam I can not play.

What can i do to play once again?

First of all you could tell us your FAF username as there is no "Snow".
And then you could tell us what "FA wanted me to link my account again " exactly means, maybe with a screenshot.
