Mouse disappear a quarter of second while I move it

I played today before, after updating the client, before and after restarting my computer and I still have the following bug: in the lobby and ingame when I move my mouse, it is like the mouse disappear for 0.25s, re appears, disappears, but only when I move it. It only does it when I move my mouse fast enough: if I move it slowly it will always be appearing.

To give a better idea it is somehow as if my screen wasn't displaying in 60Hz but at some poor rate.

However I am on 60Hz and this bug only occurs in this game.

How can I solve this issue ?
