Windowed mode mouse panning not working (Unsolved)

Hi!
I started lately experiencing crashes with the game (worked fine couple of weeks ago) and think that windowed mode might help with that. But my mouse panning isn't working in windowed mode. Do you know a way to fix this?

Will do a separate post about the crashes with gamelog if this won't work.
