I think something is wrong

I have tried to reset my password, but I have yet to get the email i'm supposed to get. I use the same email as here if that helps.

did you check your spam folder?
are you sure that you are looking at the right mail address?

I've tried it 2 times now, where the secound time i just copy pasted my email on on there so there would be no mistake. I also have checked every folder every now and then. So i am quite sure I have not gotten it yet.
