Cannot reset password

I just installed FA and FAF on my new computer and unfortunately I forgot my login information for FAF (haven't played in several months). I tried to reset my password, but on the reset page, it says that my e-mail address is not found in the database. However, when I try to make a new account using the same address, FAF says that the address has already been used. Help?

Update: I managed to reset the password by entering my FAF username (after a few guesses). However, try checking out the email entry field. FAF sent the recovery email to the correct address, but entering the same address into the recovery page doesn't work.
