Blocked Rating

Hi,
for a long time the number of games played and my rating remain blocked whatever type of game I play.

OK but this also happens with the other maps, i have already done several tests

What kind of tests? If you just play by yourself it won't affect your rank. You have to play against other humans only, on a ranked map, with ranked settings (just change all to default if you don't know what's ranked/unranked), and the game time (excluding pause) has to be longer than 5 minutes.

please provide more details
you can also use the FAF discord to check for replay details (including rated or not rated) by going to the bot commands channel and typing !replay <REPLAYID>

ok guys but my number of game is 47 while in my folder replay there are 70 replay. So why my rating and my number of game is blocked?. i played every game with only other humans and a friend which is rating and number of game goes foward normaly.
