banned for 6 hours/2days for insulting player?

Hello,
So i have been off faf for more than a week and when i try to login i get this message saying i have been banned for 6 hours/ 2 days for insulting a player. First off, my bad i obviously said something stupid and malicious. Can i get this cleared up since i have been off for over a week? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

maybe don't insult others

btw your ban just ran out so if you would have waited a tiny bit longer you wouldn't even have noticed
so i guess the ban should have been longer to make sure you don't miss it
