lost username

right so to be clear finally trying to fix my account issue consider this an account to delete after this is sorted i don't remember my accounts username(i can probably figure out the password with a few trys hopefully) i have the email but its broken(either outlook itself or specifically my outlook account) because i cant seem to receive the forgot password email this able to be sorted?
