Error when joining games/FAQ's didn't help

Hello, fellow commanders!

Whenever I find a matchmade game or attempt to join/make a lobby I get the attached error message. I tried to do the fixes in the FAQ. I whitelisted FAF, gave all permissions possible to the FAF folder, the one thing I haven't done was delete the game data (b/c I couldn't find that setting in downlord's FAF client). Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix these issues?

i'll go with antivirus blocking the client

I used the folders and permissions guide and gave all of the listed folders all the possible permissions, and gave the same folders in the windows defender screenshot whitelist status on Norton, and no dice. I then quickly disabled folder protection and the real-time scan features to see if that helped at all, and it still did not do anything. Can you think of anywhere where I made a mistake?
