#Newbie Chat Room

Ever since ive Updated my client to 1.1.3 i keep getting the #Newbie chat and im defently not new at all to the comunity. it is not even in my auto connect channels so i cant even remove it for it to stop poping up. What are the Parameters to be place in the Newbie Chat room ? as i am 1200 gloabl with 800 games and 800 ladder with 400 games.
