I get this every time I start FaF

The procedure entry point wscat_s could not be locted in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.

I'm not sure what it means

I keep getting the same message after I receive and download the latest update when I log in.

This is the complete error message : FAForever.exe - Entry Point not found.
The procedure entry point wcscat_s could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.

After getting that error message, I then proceed to log in and get another error message telling me there is a problem. After several tries I usually am able to then log into my FAF account.

I've always had an issue with all the user names listed on the right side of the chat lobby where the font lettering is cut in half so as not to be able to read the name. I don't know if this is a related problem caused by the above error messages, but I realize that there is an issue and something is not running right.

Don't know if doing an uninstall / reinstall of FAF would help but I could use someone's assistance in this matter.
