Unlinking Steam

I'm coming back to FAF after quite some time and lost my account info. I created a new accocunt but when I try to link my steam account is says it was already linked with the user "csparks". I'm assuming this is my old account but I don't know any info for it including email address.Is there anyone who can unlink my steam account from FAF's side? My steam account name is Sparks1122 and my steam profile name is RedBeard.

If it is not possible to unlink the steam account Can the email to the user csparks be changed? I think the email associated with that account no longer exists because when I try a password reset for the account i get no email.
