Cannot download maps anymore

Hello,

After re installing my pc i still canot download new maps in multiplayer. I get no error, but when the game loads then it goes to the start screen of forged allienaces. Settings are ok in the the game i checked.

done but cannot find solution
I can also not host a game, it says data is missing while it directs to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance
