Explosion scanlines

What is this weird graphics glitch? It seems to appear at random. I also saw it in streams sometimes, so i am not the only one who occasionally sees it.

i am pretty sure it is intended, maybe that supposed to mean that light is getting scattered somehow... not sure

It's a bug. I saw it only with nvidia cards. You can spot it on all explosions, ofc on smaller ones its not so visible as on a nuke.

Somone suggested to set AntiAliasing to 2x or disable it. But that doesn't work for me.

I havent benen able to fix this at all; it happens under windows and Proton. Way I see it, it's EMP affecting your birdy satellite, I just live with it in that spirit.

And yes, I have an nvidia card.
