How to play FAF offline with new versions

For a lot of time Im testing my mod for FAF off line. Beside de DVD I bought a new install from STEAM, and it work ok now. But Two months ago, the olde way to play FAF offline do not work more, that was to click directly in the forgedalliance.exe , in bin folder of FAF.How I can do it ? Now when I click in skirmish, after run the game (FAF) It shows that is connecting , and do not conect, instead of show the next menu.
How can I correct this?

It's still working. !?!

I tested it right now.
Just a doubleclick on "C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe"

Skirmish and multiplayer menu works as intended.

Maybe something inside the error log ?

if you own a legit DVD copy then you could have just used your key to get the game for free on steam

Nothing has changed about how the game is started so the issue is on your end

please read the red text above and post logs i guess
if you want logs to be written while running the game via the exe in programdata then you have to add a command line switch

will write the log in the location of the executable

Yes I have the DVD and also , when started the migration to STEAM, I bought a FA to avoid any troubles. I will do it.Thanks for the answer.
