Occasional nils

I have all 4 ports fowarded which include 6112, 9013, and 30150, but still the nils persist. As a result, I am forced out of a game. I can connect with almost everyone, except the 1 or 2 people seem not to be operating on the same port as me. I have ask for ideas, searched in vain, and becoming very frustrated. Please help. I have the upnp already enabled.
