Coop works but custom games no longer available.

Hi.
A weak ago custom games stopped to work. I no longer can join or host games. When i try to join i can see UEF-like interface (black+gray), girl tell me that room is created, but i cannot see other players nor can start game. When i try to host game all i can see black screen "Loading...".
