Java error message when trying to join game or watch replay.

I used to play Supcom a long time ago with GPG net. I have just come back to play again and I can't join a game or watch a replay because I don't know what I'm doing.

I am getting a message when ever I try to join an online game through Downlords FAF client, its a java error, reads as roughly "whoops, you didnt joint the game because of this error ... java ect java this and that".

Is there anyone who is willing to help an old man play his favourite child hood game again so that I can reclaim my throne of being in the top 5?
