Account Creation Verificiation Link not working [SOLVED]

I just made my account, when I click the verification link it takes me to what seems like a broken webpage, it's basically not working. I've tried it on Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. I've even had a friend attempt to open the link and he gets the same error. So I think it may be an issue with my account or something.

the faf user "Sarutoshi" is already linked to steam
you should be able to just log in

if you are trying to link a different faf user to steam and have an issue then please provide more details (faf user etc)

Good news, closing the client and relaunching it seemed to work. Might've been a coincedence but I can indeed log in now. Not sure what the issue with the verification link was but it seems to be a non issue at this point. Thanks for your help
