Java client crashes on startup

The client crashes on startup. Java is installed (Version 8 Update 221). Log is attached.

The Client is installed on a networkdrive called "Programme" mapped as drive S:
Could this be the cause?

do you have that file in that folder?

The file exists, but the location should probably be

Seems to be a bug in the client. When I install it in the default folder on the local drive it works.
