Impossible to find ranked

Hi,sorry for my english but i have a problem with the rank matchmaking.
When i start the ranked he give me a notice " The system is still learning you." and it doesn't find me a match.
How i resolve it? can anyone help me? Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem. Doesn't matter if I use Downlord's or the old client. Client is up to date
