Every Time I end a match there is Gray screen I cannot close

So I download FAF to play with my friends and it was going pretty smoothly until the end. Once we ended the game a gray screen appeared that was impossible to close except for restarting my computer or randomly spamming delete and arrow keys in task manager. I've tried wiping all files of the game and client from my computer twice now and it hasn't solved the issue. I've been researching the issue and I have no clue how to fix it. If somebody had some useful information on it, I would greatly appreciate it.
