Can't join or create a Lobby in Downloads client 0.10.6-beta

please read the red text above and post the complete log (instead of an image of one part of an error popup)

also make sure your antivirus doesn't block the client from accessing the specified location and wipe the entire ProgramData\FAForever folder for good measure in case you ran faf with admin rights in the past

that line indicates that the client is not allowed to access/download the fa exe

which in return causes the error you posted before regarding the client not being able to access the exe (cause it couldn't get it in the first place)

so i guess it's something between you and FAF (your Windows settings/Firewall/ISP)

I found out that it was university internet network that was blocking access and through using VPN its working.

can you do me one more favor?

try opening the link from the error (http://content.faforever.com/legacy-fea ... e.3704.exe) with your browser while not using a VPN and tell me wether or not you can download the file in question that way
