High ping

Postby Adskaya_Ryajenka » 10 Jun 2019, 18:49

Some time after the start of the match my ping increases with some players from ~100 to 2000+, despite it worked perfectly before. Turning off and turning on Wi-Fi does not help — ping stabilizes for a couple of seconds, but then increases again. Reinstalling the game and the client did not help. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Please measure your latency continously in the background using ping.canbeuseful.com while this happens.

Please also post the ice-adapter log (see above for log dir).

Everything is very strange, just having played two matches one with a stable ping in the second match, this problem happened again. In the first case, https://ping.canbeuseful.com/#ping showed ping 40 packet loss 0. In the second game the number of sent packets was 2 lost 3 ping 99999 at that moment my internet connection just fell. After disconnecting from the network (the game is still active) and connecting again, after a couple of seconds, the ping again became 2000+, but according to site the ping was stable.

I attach the adapter log to the text, I hope this is correct file.

You should try investigating why your connection has this issue, if it's your local network or yoir ISP. Also try using an ethermet cable instead of wifi.
