Launch failed

Hello, I'm new. I tried to play(wın10) in ranked games several times, but when I connected I had an error - launch faıled. Did not find a solution on the forum. I ask for help in solving the problem.

I've solved the problem - created new profile in win 10 with english name and english ways(previosly was russian), after that there was another problem - replays didnt work, problem was solved by giving faf-folder rights(reading, writing) to users win 10. Good luck gentlemen!
