Download to mod storage

I took as a basis the mod Total Mayhem ( removed it unbalanced units) replaced the HP and the time of construction of turrets.
Now I want to download a mod in Faf to play with friends.
I changed the name of the mod to Tutal Mayhem
But at the same time I'm in the Authors of fashion pointed out the one who created Total Mayhem.
But the problem.
when I try to download the mod comes out error 401

I updated faf myself today.
How to fix ?

Best would be to make an github issue because i don't read forum too much https://github.com/FAForever/downlords- ... issues/new

Also please copy the error message. I need to analyze it and I can not if I have a screenshot and further upload the mod please so i can test uploading on test server

Hello Coshina,

Please don't try to upload the mod Total Mayhem to the vault unless you have a written permission from the modauthor that allows you to do that.
(I have the permission from the modauthor to maintain his mod (Total mayhem) here on FAF.)

In case you use the version 1.36 as base, then you also need my permission to upload it, because i made the FAF compatible version of Total Mayhem.

So, if you want to change something in TM please make a mod that only patch the Total Mayhem mod, but let the original mod untouched.
Or you can post a request/your idea it to the active Total Mayhem sub forum here on FAF:

basically what uveso said -> make a mod with TM as a dependency which removes whatever you don't want in the mod instead of uploading a modified version of the mod itself
