Rating changes history log needed

It looks like a lot of players sometimes do not understand how rating is changed and because of what reasons. Sometimes my rating falls for about 10-15 points without understandable visible reason. Sometimes this happens after a sccessful game.

So we need some kind of table-like GUI that shows ratings changes (transactions/events) history. For example:
