How to use Proton 3.16-9? (linux downlord)

I have 4.2 installed, but when I set the correct version of Proton it refuses to install it.
It is selected, but I don't have a 3.16-9 folder, or therefore a run file.
I found this:

But have no idea how to use it.

Re installed linux, selected the right proton version from the start, that worked.
